Shipping & Returns Policy

At Venturi Precision Parts, we deliver premium motorcycle components with premium service to match. Below you’ll find the details of how we handle shipping and returns so you can shop with total confidence.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During product drops or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We currently ship within the U.S. only.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Information All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email update once your order leaves our facility. If your tracking number doesn’t update within 48 hours, reach out to us directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility We accept returns for new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of installation or wear (Unless there was an issue with your product- we’ll make it right)

Return Process To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges Need a different size or version? Let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure you get the part that fits your build.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
